We do not collect biometric, precise geolocation, or government ID numbers through the consumer Service.


Information you provide

  • Account registration: Name, email, password (hashed), handle, profile details.
  • Content you create: Uploads, streams, descriptions, tags, schedules, thumbnails, comments. You control what you publish.
  • Communications: Messages to support, feedback, survey responses, partnership inquiries.
  • Payment details: Handled by our payment processor; we receive limited information (e.g., last 4 digits, status) and do not store full card numbers.

Your content belongs to you. We don’t claim ownership of your uploads; you grant us a license to operate the Service as described in our Terms.


Information collected automatically

  • IP address and device info: IP, device type, OS, browser, language, app version, timezone, user agent, identifiers (e.g., device ID).
  • Usage and diagnostics: Pages viewed, time spent, clicks, search queries, scroll depth, referral/exit pages, errors, performance metrics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: Cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels used for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and (if enabled) marketing measurement.
  • Approximate location: Country/region inferred from IP to localize content and meet regional requirements.

Information from third parties

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers (processors): Cloud hosting/CDN, analytics, security, content moderation, email/notification delivery, customer support, QA/testing—bound by contracts and limited to our instructions.

  • Public/content recipients: Content you publish (and associated metadata like your handle, title, thumbnails, timestamps) is visible according to your settings.
